Welcome to Fix My RO Services Pvt. Ltd. By accessing our website or using our RO services in Pimpri-Chinchwad and Pune, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Service Terms

  • Service Availability: We provide RO services exclusively in Pimpri-Chinchwad and Pune region as listed in our service area.
  • Appointment Scheduling: Services are provided on a scheduled basis. We strive to arrive within the promised time window.
  • Technician Visit: A technician will visit your premises to diagnose and service your RO. You must ensure safe access to the RO unit.
  • Genuine Parts: We use only genuine spare parts. All parts come with manufacturer warranty as applicable.

Pricing and Payment

  • Service Charges: Our service charges are transparent and communicated upfront.
  • Diagnostic Fee: Diagnostic is free if you proceed with the service. If you decline service after diagnosis, a nominal diagnostic fee of ₹199 applies.
  • Payment Methods: We accept cash, UPI, credit/debit cards, and online bank transfers.
  • GST: All prices are subject to applicable GST (18%).

Warranty

  • Service Warranty: All repairs come with 30 days warranty on workmanship.
  • Spare Parts Warranty: Genuine spare parts carry manufacturer warranty (typically 3-6 months).
  • Warranty Void: Warranty becomes void if the product is tampered with by unauthorized persons.

Limitation of Liability

Fix My RO Services Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service.

User Obligations

  • Ensure safe access to the RO unit for our technicians
  • Make timely payments for services rendered
  • Report any issues immediately after service

Modifications

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Important Note Regarding Advance Payments

We may require a nominal advance payment for certain services (installation, major repairs, AMC registration). Please read our refund policy carefully.

Cancellation Policy

Service Appointment Cancellation

  • Free Cancellation: You can cancel your service appointment free of charge up to 2 hours before the scheduled time.
  • Late Cancellation: Cancellations made within 2 hours of the scheduled time may incur a cancellation fee of ₹99 (deducted from any advance paid).
  • No-Show: If our technician arrives and you are not available, a rescheduling fee of ₹199 applies.

Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) Cancellation

  • Within 7 Days: Full refund if no service has been availed.
  • After 7 Days: Pro-rated refund based on unused months, minus administrative charges (10% of AMC value).
  • After First Service: No refund after the first service under AMC has been provided.

Refund Policy

Advance Payment Refunds

  • Service Not Availed: Full refund of advance if service is cancelled before technician dispatch.
  • Service Not Completed: Full refund if we are unable to complete the service due to technical reasons beyond your control.
  • Customer Unavailable: Advance amount is forfeited if we are unable to perform service due to customer unavailability after two rescheduling attempts.

Service Quality Issues

  • Unsatisfactory Service: If you're not satisfied with our service, please contact us within 48 hours. We will send a senior technician to redo the service at no cost.
  • Partial Refund: If we cannot resolve the issue after re-service, partial refund may be considered based on the extent of work done.

Refund Processing

  • Payment Method: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
  • Processing Time: Refunds typically take 5-7 business days to reflect in your account.
  • Cash Payments: Refunds for cash payments will be processed via bank transfer or cheque.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Diagnostic fee (if applicable and service not taken)
  • Spare parts that have been installed
  • Consumables (filters, membranes) that have been used
  • Service charges for completed work
